Vacuum Box Leak Testing

Olivier International performs vacuum box testing to locate through-leaks in accessible welds and pressure boundaries that cannot be conveniently pressurized. A leak-detection solution is applied and the box creates a partial vacuum; air drawn through a discontinuity forms visible bubbles, which are evaluated and documented under the applicable procedure and acceptance criteria.
