Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)

Olivier International provides controlled post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of weldments when required by the governing construction code, repair plan, welding procedure, material specification, or engineering evaluation. Temperature-controlled heating, soak, and cooling cycles are monitored and documented to reduce and redistribute welding residual stress and, where applicable, temper weld and heat-affected-zone microstructures.
